Welcome to the Devon Village Halls website.

Devon is a rich and varied place featuring many areas of outstanding natural beauty. There are village halls situated across the county each with their own individual appearance, character and amenities. With over seventy halls to choose from there is bound to be a hall to suit your needs, whatever the occasion.

A village hall is more than a meeting place – it’s the centre of a community where a world of different things happen. Whatever you are looking for, from wedding venues to polling stations, fitness clubs to toddler groups, there will be a village hall to suit your needs.

Incorporating a fully searchable database and interactive map tool, this website will tell you more about each venue – its location, size and facilities on offer. There is also a new section on the site devoted to access issues which you may find useful. Funded by the National Lottery, the Access and Awareness project was set up to raise awareness of accessibility in halls within the Devon area and to promote the benefits and facilities the halls have to offer.  The newly formed Devon Association of Community Buildings works on behalf of Devon communities to help maintain and support village halls and other community buildings.  The DACB section of the site contains information about the organisation and the services it offers.
