The Guildhall is a listed building and is the principle meeting place for the community, housing the Council Chamber, two large function rooms each with kitchen and cloakroom facilities with environmental health approval, stage and licensed bar. All three rooms are available for hire. The Guildhall is a well appointed venue for public meetings, private parties, block bookings for group meetings and tuition groups. Fund raising activities include the popular Saturday Coffee Mornings run by local/national organisations and charities.

Hall availability is always open to negotiation. Please do not assume this hall cannot be used on days where activities are indicated here. Community services available at this Hall:  

From J28 of M5 take the road into Cullompton. At the traffic lights, turn left and follow the road through the town to a roundabout. Straight over, passing Padbrook Park on the right hand side. Up the hill and down into Bradninch. The Guildhall is at the top of the town, opposite the Spar shop and approximately 3 miles from the motorway. Street parking is available and there is a public car park for 47 cars within easy walking distance. The No. 1B bus operates half hourly into and out of Exeter bus station and stops immediately outside The Guildhall.
