Totally refurbished and reopened in July 2010, Monkokehampton Old Schoolroom was first built in 1841. We have retained the solid stone walls and slate roof, but now it is insulated throughout - roof, walls, and underfloor, as well as double glazed. With its eco-friendly renewable energy air-source heat pump it offers a warm, welcoming environment for smaller-scale events of up to 60 people. - particularly suitable for children's birthdays and other family parties. And the heating's included in the price! The Old Schoolroom is light, modern, and attractive. The large, brand-new kitchen has plenty of serving space and has crockery and cutlery for 60 people. We are completely up to disabled legislation requirements.

Hall availability is always open to negotiation. Please do not assume this hall cannot be used on days where activities are indicated here. Community services available at this Hall:
