Description

The Hall is a modern building set at the edge of the village playing field on level ground with excellent parking and access for the disabled.
The Hall contains a Main Hall, Ron Harris Room for meetings, Kitchen and the village branch of the Devon County Library.
There is access from the Hall onto a patio facing the playing field (which can be hired from the Parish council for large events).
Mens', ladies' and disabled toilets and baby changing facilities are also provided.

Kitchen	A well equipped kitchen that can be used to cater for large wedding parties and conferences as well as small groups using the Ron Harris Room. The Kitchen has plenty of work surfaces, a large SMEG oven plus hob, small microwave oven, large upright chiller cabinet, small freezer, a water boiler and a commercial dish washer. The Kitchen has hatch access into the Main Hall and hatch, or door, access into the Ron Harris Room. The Kitchen also has a small additional room with separate hatch access to the Main Hall.

Directions

The Hall is situated on the right hand side of the A379 when travelling from Dartmouth to Stoke Fleming and approximately 200 metres past the Premier Garage.

Hire Charges

There are 3 sessions per day. The Main Hall costs £49 per session and the Ron Harris Room £20 per session. Discounts available for regular local groups. There are no other charges.
