The main hall measures 14.5m x 8.75m (47' x 30') plus a stage and there are two side rooms: the Billiard Room 5.5m x 5m (18' x16' ) and the Extension 6m x 4.4m (19' x 14' ). There is also a small kitchen. There is parking for about 40 cars in the grounds as well as parking in the road outside. There is disabled access as well as a toilet for disabled use.

Hall availability is always open to negotiation. Please do not assume this hall cannot be used on days where activities are indicated here. Community services available at this Hall:  

Whitestone village lies to the west of Exeter and can be approached either by the old Exeter to Tedburn Road and turning right at the Travellers Rest public house, then climbing Hill Lane OR, from Okehampton Road, Exeter, going up Redhills and then straight on for about 3 miles. The shop and Post Office closed several years ago. There are two fairly local pubs about a mile away - the Royal Oak (on the Redhills to Whitestone road at Nadderwater) and the Travellers Rest on the old Exeter to Tedburn Road.

Whole Hall excluding the Billiard Meeting Room £10 per hour up to 6pm then £15 per hour. Billiard Meeting Room £5 per hour. (There is a minimum hire charge of 2 hours)
