The Hall is located within a beautiful setting in mid West Devon with easy access from Okehampton, Tavistock, Holsworthy or Launceston. The Parish is adjacent to Roadford Lake and can be easily reached by those travelling from Cornwall leaving the A30 at Stowford Junction. The Hall is ideally suited for Conferences, Meetings, Wedding Receptions, Dances in fact all Social Occasions. A Public Address and Audio system, including hearing loop, are installed. The Property holds a Premises Licence, and a Bar is available by arrangement. The Bar/Committee Room opens onto a patio and enjoys superb views of Dartmoor to the South. An ideal position for a BBQ The Main Hall can seat 250 people and there is a stage. Badminton and Short Mat Bowls are among the facilities available. There is an adjoining recreation field with a children' playground, suitable for sports or other outside events, which can be made available according to hirer requirements.

Hall availability is always open to negotiation. Please do not assume this hall cannot be used on days where activities are indicated here. Community services available at this Hall:  

From the West on the A30 turn off at Stowford cross and follow the signs to Roadford Lake, then turn right to Bratton Clovelly which is about 4 miles distant. The Parish Hall is on your right immediately after the Bratton Clovelly village sign. From all other directions take the Okehampton/Holsworthy/Bude Road (A3079) and take the road signed to Bratton Clovelly at Castle Cross. In Bratton Clovelly turn right at the pub and the hall is about 100 yds distant on your left. Click on map link at top of page for further directions.

£6.50 per hour for the Main Hall. Terms for other facilities are priced according to the hirer's needs
