The hall has been awarded the HALLMARK * The building has a medium sized hall (the large room) with one small room named after Ethel Cann. The dividing wall only between the two is reasonably soundproofed. There is a car park for 12 during the day term time and another 8 at the back during evenings and school holidays. The large room and small room are available together or seperately. The kitchen is only available with the large room but there are facilities for making drinks in the small room (hirer supplies their own cups or use the disposable ones provided). The small room is set up as a meeting room for 12 people with a wooden extendable table and upholstered chairs. The table can be pushed to one side and the chairs stacked for the room to be used in conjunction with the large room. The large room will take 110 people with seating for 90. It has flexible lighting with strips, spots and dimmer uplighters. The galley kitchen is well equipped. Table cloths are available. Table and chairs are all equipped with trolleys for ease of movement from and to the store room. One baby's high chair. The hearing loop and A/V is available in the main hall only.

Hall availability is always open to negotiation. Please do not assume this hall cannot be used on days where activities are indicated here. Community services available at this Hall:  

From Junction 30 of the M5 take the A376 (Exmouth) and at the second roundabout turn left (signposted Woodbury). Take 1st left and the hall is on the left just past the school.

Meetings/classes hourly rate £10 large room; £6 small room. Prices for parties on request.
