Description

A large hall well equipped for all functions and having a large car park.
The main hall has a stage at one end, modern chairs and tables are stored in the adjacent store room opening directly onto the hall.  There is a compact bar for which licences can be obtained.
A fully modernised kitchen fitted out in stainless steel to meet hygiene regulations was completed in 2008, it has a super fast dish washer and large gas range cooker.
A Committee room was also recently refurbished and is available for small meetings.
Further modernisation of the hall has been completed in 2010 - the toilets, ladies, disabled and gents - also a servery to allow refreshments to be served directly into the main hall.

The hall is located in the centre of Colyford village adjacent to the A3052 East Devon Heritage Coast Route from Exeter to Lyme Regis.  An ideal location with excellent parking.
