A modern contemporary building set on the edge of Dartmoor but close to Plymouth. Funded by the Millenium Commission this building is ideal for training purposes with power point projection, DVD/CD player and comfortable seating for up to 80 people. The Hall is regularly used by local interest groups and is currently hired out for Yoga and Pilates on a weekly basis. Weddings and private parties have also been held successfully using outside caterers. Buffet lunches can be arranged and teas / coffees can be served at prearranged times. Bar licences can be organised but a minimum of one month's notice is necessary and the Hall can only apply for a limited number per annum. The Skylark Inn is also available close by and lunches can be ordered ahead of time as required. Crockery, cutlery and glasses are available for hire. Take the A386 from Plymouth towards Tavistock, as you come up onto the moor past the Dartmoor Diner take the Clearbrook turn signposted about half a mile on to the right. The road leads straight down to the village (about 1 mile). The hall is 6 houses down past The Skylark on the left hand side.
