The Hall has been awarded Hallmark **A well maintained modern hall close to the beautiful Powderham Castle Estate and within walking distance of the Exe Estuary. Hall car parking for 40-50 cars and has attractive surrounding gardens. A flexible venue for your function eg. weddings, dances, concerts, family celebrations, children's parties, amateur dramatics, conferences, meetings, Brownie and Cub holidays and regular bookings. A pleasant welcoming entrance with easy access to toilets, (disabled toilet) cloakroom and main hall. The main hall is light and airy with electric storage heaters, has a new oak sprung floor and large stage. The kitchen and attached bar have been refurbished and both have a hatch to the main hall. The committee room is ideal for smaller groups and meetings and has a sink facility plus an electric kettle, cups and saucers.. There is a bus every twenty minutes to Dawlish and Exeter (number 2) and there are many foot paths. A new fire alarm system has recently been installed AVAILABLE TO LET ON TUESDAYS AND FRIDAYS DURING THE DAY ALSO MAIN HALL MONDAY EVENINGS AND WEDNESDAY EVENINGS EXCEPT 1ST WEDNESDAY OF EACH MONTH. Kenton is located 4 miles on the A379 from the Exeter bypass heading towards Dawlish. Proceed through the village with the Post Office on your right hand side, up hill and after 400 meters the hall is located on the left side. Car Park is at the rear via Slittercombe lane.
