Our modern, single storey hall was built 10 years ago, on the edge of our small rural hamlet. There is a large main hall, excellent for events eg music, drama, wedding receptions, public meetings, parties, badminton etc. We have a fully stocked kitchen, which can be hired with the main hall or separately for small meetings. We have full disabled facilities, including access, toilets and a hearing loop.

Hall availability is always open to negotiation. Please do not assume this hall cannot be used on days where activities are indicated here. Community services available at this Hall:  

Turn off A38 in Devon onto the A384. Follow signs for Buckfast Abbey. Leaving the Abbey on your right, go up the hill . On the brow of the hill, take a right turn signposted Holne and Scoriton. Follow this road for about 2 miles, before taking a left fork to Scoriton. Follow the road through the village, past the Tradesman's Arms pub and the Chapel. The hall is on your right hand side.

Hall £7 per hour locals, £10 non-locals. Kitchen meeting room £4 or £6. Other charges on application
